During treatment, did you feel like you were treated like a number or a human?
When I had a question I spoke to Karen in the office or directly to Dr. Marrero himself. They were always supportive and compassionate and willing to work with us!
Describe your experience with your nurse.
Karen was always willing to answer questions and get back to you with answers if she didn't have them at the time. She took the time to get to know you and your family. She genuinely cares and it shows!

How was your experience with Miguel Marrero?
He was very aggressive with his treatments at times when it came to prescribing meds. He also expected payment at the each visit when starting a cycle. He only took cash or checks which made payment difficult at times. He was also warm and compassionate when it came to treatment, when it failed he was genuinely upset with you. he took the time to get you know you and your partner. He explained the plan with each visit and the possible changes in treatment that might be made. We were given donated meds when available. He was always willing to try to do everything he could to help you conceive. With out him and the surgery his did in 2005 I wouldn't have my Daughter and he did help us to get our Son in 2012 with the help of another Fertility Clinic that did our IVF!
What one piece of advice would you give a prospective patient of Miguel Marrero?
Be patient! He is sometimes running behind especially in the morning.
Have a check or cash handy, they don't take Credit or Debit.
Be proactive and involved.
