Dr. Scoccia took a lot of time with me to answer my questions ... I would advise Dr. Scoccia to be more compassionate toward his patients and more responsive. ... I was prescribed clomid for 3 months and did not conceive. The next options offered were IUI or IVF. Since I can’t afford the more aggressive treatment, the next cause of action is on hold.
The clinic [University of Illinois at Chicago] is conveniently located close to downtown Chicago and I like that all testing was done in the same office. However the staff is unresponsive and disorganized. New patients need to be prepared to ask many questions, and stay on top of them for test results and scheduling appointments. ... The nursing staff often did not return calls, and sometimes seemed annoyed with questions.

Dr. Scoccia wasn't conservative with the medications and always proposed experimental drugs / supplements which I appreciated.
The clinic was always so busy and I had to keep reminding Dr. Scoccia of my history. It was impossible to get a hold of the doctor whenever I called.

Be prepared for the experience of waiting in a reception area with regular OB patients who are pregnant (which can be hard as a fertility patient.)
